Make sure no personnel are around the THR2000 while loading it on a trailer.

Tools and Equipment

  • Crane
  • Lifting harness (×2)

 

 

 

Preparations

Power off the THR2000.

 

 

 

Procedure

    1. Align the THR2000 with the crane.
    2. Route one lifting harness through the lifting arm.
    3. Connect one lifting harness to the lifting hooks.
    4. Carefully lift the crane and position the machine at its required location.
    5. Unhook the lifting harnesses.

      Procedure

        1. Route a tie down strap through the lifting arm.
        2. Connect two tie down straps to the lifting hooks.
        3. Carefully lift the crane and position the machine on the ground.
        4. Unhook the tie down straps.
